Estimated delivery times:

All orders are custom-made, it usually takes 1-3 working days before your order is ready to be transferred to the delivery service. 

Below you will find an overview of the estimated delivery times after we have prepared your product for shipment. These days are in addition to the production time.

• Belgium: 2-3 business days
• Luxembourg: 2-3 business days
• Germany: 2-3 business days
• Denmark: 3-4 business days
• Switserland: 3-4 business days
• Sweden: 3-5 business days
• Italy: 3-5 business days
• Spain: 3-5 business days
• France: 4-5 business days
• Finland: 4-5 business days
• Portugal: 4-5 business days
• United Kingdom: 4-6 business days
• Norway: 5-8 business days
• Ireland: 7-9 business days

Please use the track and trace code you receive after placing your order for more accurate delivery information.

Customs and import taxes:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations:

• One can request order cancellation before the item has been dispatched.
• Order cannot be cancelled once the order is dispatched and picked up by our shipping partners.
• However, the buyer can return the order, once the order is delivered.

Returns and Exchanges:

• If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. 
• Please note that all customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Nature Inspired Lights
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Original brand packaging and all brand tags should be intact to claim a refund.
• We will verify your claim once we receive the goods and then process a refund. 
• Please include the purchaser’s name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
• In case the product is delivered to the buyer in damaged/defective condition, a replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographic evidence in writing within 7 working days from the receipt of the product.
• We will process your refund immediately after we receive and verify the returned item(s). It may take up to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. 
• If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have – the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and we will make sure you are taken care of.
